Usually when we say Clear Translucent Tempered Toughened Laminated Safety Glass, it means 2 sheets clear float glass add PVB film in the middle. We can adjust the glass thickness and PVB thickness as our demand.




The glass can be: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm etc.

The PVB can be: 0.38mm, 0.76mm, 1.14mm, 1.52mm, 2.28mm, 3.04mm etc. 

The most popular laminated glass is: 3+0.38+3, 4+0.38+4, 5+0.38+5, 6+0.38+6, 5+0.76+5, 6+0.76+6, etc.

The standard sizes: 1830X2440, 3300x2134/2140, 3660X2134/2140, 3300X2250, 3660x2250, 3300X2440, 3660X2440.

2) Sound insulation

3) UV-proof. Laminated glass can insulate most UV while allowing visible light to transmit, thereby protecting furniture, carpeting and indoor decorations against aging and fading




Clear or translucent laminated safety glass, we process it with double clear float glass or tempered glass add clear PVB film, it can be used for windows and doors, also can be used as balustrade.
